I just need a moment. A moment to think. A moment to cry. To be frustrated. Angry. Overwhelmed. Relieved. To Hide. To be disappointed. To sit in the quiet.

This piece explores the weight of emotions, we often keep hidden - the moments between breaking down and rebuilding, between retreating and re-emerging. Sometimes strength is not found in pushing through, but in allowing ourselves the time and space to pause and let go.

This piece captures that private moment where emotions surface without judgement, a space where we don’t always have to appear composed. A reminder that vulnerability is not a weakness and that healing often begins when we allow ourselves to simply feel.
