Entry form

Prior to beginning the Local Contemporary Art Prize 2026 entry form, ensure you have:

• Read the terms and conditions
• 20 mins to complete the online form
• Have all contact information, artwork details and image attachment ready to go before starting the form.

Checklist

• Full contact information (name, email, address and phone number)
• Credit card details. Entry fee of $35 (non-refundable) payable by Master Card or Visa online only
• Artwork details (title, year of completion, medium, size ( H x W ) cm)
• One digital image attachment of your work (jpeg, 2MB maximum size)
• Artist statement – 150 words (maximum) about your artwork
